For the Ultimate Foodie! The Brewer’s Plate auction offers unique experiences, luxury packages and celebrity meet and greet opportunities.

All bids support the charitable works of Brewer’s Plate Toronto including Green Enterprise Ontario (GEO), a not for profit organization dedicated to “Greening” business.

The Brewer’s Plate supports the work of Green Enterprise Ontario (GEO), a not for profit organization dedicated to greening Ontario businesses. Bringing local, sustainable food to the marketplace is at the heart of GEO’s work to promote a healthy environment, strong communities and buying local first. The Brewers Plate project also supports the rural economic development goals of the Government of Ontario and the event uses local sustainable produce created with agricultural methods which promote and enhance biodiversity.

A LiveBID auction is truly unique. It provides an exciting opportunity for bidders around the world to participate and win items as part of the Brewer’s Plate Live Auction!

When is the Auction?

Online: The Brewer’s Plate Online Auction opens on Tuesday May 11th at 9:00pm** and closes Tuesday May 25th at 9:00pm. The auction excitement does not end with the close of the Online Auction. The Live Auction starts the next day.

Live: Wednesday May 26th starting at approximately 9:45pm.

I love the items: How do I win?

All items close, and therefore all winnings happen at the end of the Live Auction! At the end of the Online Auction only the highest bidders (Online Finalists), move forward to the Live Auction. Each Online Finalist will be contacted by phone by an Auction Concierge and presented with the following options:

1.Sit back and rest easy: Establish a Proxy Bid for the Live Auction letting the Auction Concierge know what your bid maximum is and permitting the Auction Concierge to place bids, based on standard and published bid increments, up to your maximum bid amount.

2.Enjoy the Excitement of Live Bidding: Be on the phone and part of the action. Place Bids in real-time through the Auction Concierge while the Brewer’s Plate Live Auction happens.

3.Be at the Event: Bid at the Live Auction in person. (You will be required to purchase a ticket to the event - Click here to buy your tickets:

Whether the bidder is in the room, placing a LiveBID by proxy, or placing a LiveBID over the phone, the winner is the person with the highest bid at the end of the Live Auction.

Online LiveBID proxy winners will be contacted on May 27th, 2010 to confirm their winnings.
